SERVICE DESCRIPTION of PRO360

Key features

PRO360 is a fully managed mobile and web app based service offering (Software-as-a-Service), provided by Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd for dealers, small to large sized businesses in the construction industry, as well as professional users in the DIY sector. It provides an easy Guarantee and Service registration as well as the management of Service cases and Connectivity based control, reminder and analysis functions for Professional Bosch Power Tools. Additionally, the system offers inventory management functions across brands and not only limited to electric power tools.

The app is connected with a cloud backend that enables users to synchronize data across devices and enhances traditional workflows.

We offer these capabilities to provide our customers with a space for clear inventory and service management, as well as support all Bluetooth® and NFC - Connectivity enabled power tools for control , reminder and tool data based functions.

To use our offering a registration and log in via a Single Key ID is necessary. The registration is free of charge. Single Key ID can also be used for other Bosch offerings e.g. MeasureOn.

Price

The registration and use of the described PRO360 offer is free of charge. Additional fees may apply for the purchase of additional services (e.g. PRO Services, Connectivity enabled Power Tools).

Internet Connection

Internet connection is required to download the Mobile app as well as to use the full functionality of the services. Without an internet connection, it is not possible to synchronize data and view the data on the web application.

PRO360 Mobile App can also be used in offline mode while being logged in, however the data will not be stored in the cloud and saved locally on the mobile device (smartphone).

The mobile app is available on Google Play and Apple App Store. Other operating systems are not supported.

Supported devices are Bluetooth®-enabled

Web Access

PRO360 can also be accessed via a web application using common web browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox..) that are connected to the internet. For the usage a free registration with Single Key ID is necessary.
