Registration & runtime

You need to register each of your tools individually within four weeks of purchase using the PRO360 service portal. You will then receive a certificate with all key information. The warranty extension runtime starts on the date of purchase.

Warranty claim

In the event of a warranty claim, present your six-year warranty certificate and original purchase receipt to your dealer or send your tool directly to us. The data on both receipts (purchase receipt and certificate) must be consistent.
