Selecting the Reference Level
You can choose between three different reference levels for the measurement with button (4) 
:
The rear edge of the measuring tool (e.g. when placing against walls)
The front edge of the measuring tool (e.g. when measuring from a table edge)
The centre of the tripod thread (13) (e.g. for tripod measurements)
- Press the (4)
button to select the reference level.
- Use the (3)
button or (8)
button or (4) button
to select the required reference level.
- To confirm the selection, press the (7)
button.
The rear edge of the measuring tool is preset as the reference level every time the measuring tool is switched on.
